I'm local. I came with my wife and daughter. We were there 10 minutes total and they accused my daughter twice of touching their flowers when she was nowhere near them. I was ready to spend $100 there but I couldn't do it. If you want cheap flowers OK but don't expect a family experience from these mean old women.

This place is beautiful. When we went there were not many buds, because of all the rain. We ordered some iris's and they are to be shipped to us in late August early September. I felt they were very reasonably priced. My only recommendation would be to bring a drink with you, it was very hot and not a ton of shade.

What a balm for the soul! Acres of several hundred varieties of German bearded irises, in full bloom, in every possible color, from delicate dwarfs with two inch petals to multiple eight-inch giant blooms that crowd their stems. There are several broad, well-packed paths through the fields which would be suitable for wheelchairs, and comfortable space to walk between the rows of plantings if you'd like to inspect the flowers and plants more closely. The blooming season for irises is brief - only during the month of June. About 20% of the varieties at the farm had already bloomed out by our mid-June visit, and another 20% or so were just getting ready to open. A few varieties seemingly hadn't thrived well over the winter, and may not have been available for sale. Even so, the floral display was opulently gorgeous, with long bands of color stretching nearly to the horizon. It had rained heavily before our visit, and some flowers were sodden, bent to the ground. Nonetheless, the sun came out and every blossom seemed jeweled; the honeybees began visiting and the place was practically vibrating with fluttering petals when we left. This is a lovely stop to take pictures of flowers by cut flowers and buy flowers for your garden. The folks here are very friendly and the walk around the grounds is free and open to the public.

I love this place. I order iris from them twice. The rhizomes are top quality. We visited a couple of years back. There are many rare varieties of iris. I give them a 5+ star because of their great service and knowledge I will be ordering from them in the future.
